How long have you been in business?
Zounds in Metro Atlanta opened it's first location in November 2013 in Roswell Georgia. Zounds Hearing has been in business since 2007, and is based in Phoenix Ariziona. There are currently over 100 locations across the United States with 300 more franchises sold and yet to open.
What is your primary product or service?
Zounds provides solutions to people with a hearing loss. Zounds professional staff provides comprehensive hearing testing to include audiometeric speech and tone testing, bone conduction test and video otoscopy. Provides hearing aids that have 57 unique patents to include noise cancellation up to 90%, echo cancellation and rechargeable batteries. Never buy batteries again.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Greg Conley and Bob Carstens are the managing partners of Zound Hearing of Metro Atlanta. Bob and Greg plan to open several Zounds locations in metro Atlanta in the next 6-12 months. Greg has a sales and operations background in medical staffing and home healthcare industry, whereas Bob has operations expertise in the manufacturing and bedding industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Zounds offers manufacture direct to consumer, this allows Zounds to the price leader in the provision of digital hearing aids. Not only is Zounds the leader in price, Zounds is also the industry leader in noise cancellation being the only hearing aid provider to advertise 90% noise cancellation. Zounds is the leader in sound clarity, noise cancellation and price.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Zounds of Kennesaw is the second store open in the metro Atlanta market. The Roswell store has been open since November. There are plans to expand the footprint of Zounds presence in the metro Atlanta, there will be an additonal 3 stores opening in the the next 6-12 months.

Zounds of Kennesaw is conveniently located at 440 Barrett Parkway, Suite 43 Kennesaw GA 30144. From 75 or 575 exit onto Barrett Parkway, Zounds is located in the Mall at Town Center which sets directly in front of Town Center Mall. Zounds is in the same shopping plaza as Provino's Italian restaurant, just on the backside of the building.

We accept most major credit cards, personal checks and individuals can apply for care credit for convenient in store financing options.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Zounds Hearing of Roswell is run and managed by Jason Feld, a certified audiologist, and assisted by Keiwanna Beard the Customer Service Manager. Together Jason and Keiwanna provide superior level of service to those will hearing loss in the greater Roswell area.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Saturday's by appointment only.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
