What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is residential plumbing repair and replacement of just about any water related item found in a house. We can repair, replace or install new anything from a water heater, toilet, kitchen or bath faucet to a new basement bath. We can work with your contractor to take out and put back in your dishwasher and sink if you are getting a new kitchen. Need a laundry sink need your washer? We can do that too... Really - anything water related. Oh, and if you don't like the water, we can put in a great whole house water filter too.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Mike Marshall and Wendy Marshall are the owners. Mike has been in plumbing since 1992. He is an "Unrestricted Master Plumber" License number MP209254. Wendy feels like she has been a plumber all this time... She is the one you will talk to if you have office questions. She was in insurance for a long time, so if you have a homeowners claim to go along with your plumbing issues, feel free to ask anything. We can probably help.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are really a family business. We truly like to help people. Mike worked for other companies and learned how not to treat employees. Mike is still in a truck and may be the one working on your plumbing problem. We aren't too big and are not corporate. When you call, either the plumber or one of the owners will answer. No answering service. We might even tell you how to fix your own issue so you don't have to pay anyone.

We have 1 location and 3 service trucks. We will expand as business warrents.
